Our Process

First Contact
The office will arrange a date and time for your home consultation. We take a production measure during the consultation – so only one visit is needed.

The Quote
We will email a quote with each shutter itemised. We won’t sell to you in your home.

The Order
Let us know which shutters you would like to go ahead with and we will create an invoice. On receiving a 50% deposit we will place the shutters into production

The Fit
Once we have sight of the delivery we will book in our fully employed fitters (they may even have been the original consultant that visited) for your install.

Post Fit
You will receive a post fit call from the office just to ensure you were pleased with the process from start to finish.
