Unlike many others we take production measurements during your home design consultation. No salespeople – just good, honest, advice.
Our consultants will bring product samples, large demonstration panels, colour swatches as well a tablet showing a large variety of our shutter installations to help you visualise your proposed shutter installation.
Our shutters are manufactured to our exacting specifications and that means to the millimetre. We can provide CAD drawings it required and this is especially useful for shaped shutters and French door shutters
All our fitters are trained and employed by the company. We don’t use sub-contractors.
The office will arrange a date and time for your home consultation. We take a production measure during the consultation – so only one visit is needed.
We will email a quote with each shutter itemised. We won’t sell to you in your home.
Let us know which shutters you would like to go ahead with and we will create an invoice. On receiving a 50% deposit we will place the shutters into production
Once we have sight of the delivery we will book in our fully employed fitters (they may even have been the original consultant that visited) for your install.
You will receive a post fit call from the office just to ensure you were pleased with the process from start to finish.
Our customer’s large lounge often got very hot, but they had lovely views on to their garden. We mounted these beautiful all wood White Teak shutters on the edge of the window recess and that meant our client could also bi-fold the shutters flat against the wall freeing up the window totally when needed. By choosing large louvers in conjunction with a split panel, light levels could be controlled whilst still maintaining the view.
Our client, an architect, had an amazing new bathroom installed but was unsure of how to dress the windows. We suggested these stunning grey shutters with a frame that provided an architectural edge to frame on 2 sides and blended with the central shelving unit. We also offer 100% waterproof shutters with marine grade stainless steel hardware.
We are not tied to any given manufacturer so base our advice on our knowledge of the product from a fitting and customer feedback perspective. Longevity, aesthetics and good fitting are key to ensuring we have happy customers. Our home visits are consultative and we provide recommendations based on experience but ultimately we make a made to measure product based on our customers’ preferences. We don’t hard sell or railroad a customer down a certain style of install.
