Unlike many others we take production measurements during your home design consultation. No salespeople – just good, honest, advice.
Our consultants will bring product samples, large demonstration panels, colour swatches as well a tablet showing a large variety of our shutter installations to help you visualise your proposed shutter installation.
Our shutters are manufactured to our exacting specifications and that means to the millimetre. We can provide CAD drawings it required and this is especially useful for shaped shutters and French door shutters
All our fitters are trained and employed by the company. We don’t use sub-contractors.
The office will arrange a date and time for your home consultation. We take a production measure during the consultation – so only one visit is needed.
We will email a quote with each shutter itemised. We won’t sell to you in your home.
Let us know which shutters you would like to go ahead with and we will create an invoice. On receiving a 50% deposit we will place the shutters into production
Once we have sight of the delivery we will book in our fully employed fitters (they may even have been the original consultant that visited) for your install.
You will receive a post fit call from the office just to ensure you were pleased with the process from start to finish.
Our client’s home is street facing and they were having issues with privacy not just at street level but also from the houses across the road. We installed bay window shutters that not only allowed for control of privacy but actually bounced light back into the room. It just seems that bay windows were made for wood shutters – they make the most of the space and add an elegant touch.
Our customer’s large lounge often got very hot, but they had lovely views on to their garden. We mounted these beautiful all wood Superior shutters on the edge of the window recess and that meant our client could also bi-fold the window shutters flat against the wall freeing up the window totally when needed. By choosing large louvers for their shutter blinds in conjunction with a split panel, light levels could be controlled whilst still maintaining the view.
The same home on Bereweeke Avenue also had this lovely bathroom and these dual aspect shutters blended very nicely with the contemporary finish. The midrail allowed for independent control top and bottom giving amazing control of privacy.
